Author's Notes: The last time I posted was in 2010, so it's been almost a year. I wanted to give up writing once and for all but I ended up here again. I had a few ongoing fics but I doubt it will ever be completed. So please do enjoy this. I don't know when I'll complete this but I'll try my best.

Chasing and chasing, for years and years, it never seemed to be progressing anywhere. The efforts he put in, the time he spent and the patience he gives. He didn’t understand where he went wrong or what he was lacking in because he had been trying real hard without giving up. His heart might have wavered from time to time but at the end of the day, he knew that no one else is able to give him the butterflies in the stomach other than Hyunseung.

The first time they actually had a real conversation was four years back during a school camp. They were in the same group. Both of them quickly made friends individually in day one and hung out with the same few people for day two and three. At that time, Junhyung had a crush on one of the senior in the same group.
The special moment took place on the last day when they got paired together. They knew nothing about each other except the fact that the other party existed.
Since they were paired up for an activity, there was no way they could work together without communicating. Being the more outspoken one, Junhyung stretched out his hand initiating a handshake, at the same time, introducing himself.
“Hi, I’m Junhyung,”
With a little hesitation, the other party replied silently.
“Hi, I’m Hyunseung,”
Names were the only information they exchanged and nothing else. What followed after was the long and awkward silence and Junhyung realized that they would never get things done that way.
“Should we start discussing our strategy for winning this game? We are actually lacking behind,” Junhyung suggested.
Hyunseung merely looked up and gave a slight smile with a nod.

Hyunseung had assumed that the both of them will never make a good team considering how different they were from the moment they were paired together. But he was wrong. They actually had many things in common hidden underneath their appearance.
Since Junhyung was the kind that can’t stand silence, he started asking Hyunseung many questions and slowly, he felt comfortable talking to him and opened up a little by a little with every passing second. In the end, they won 1st place in the game. Hyunseung discovered that their chemistry wasn’t that bad after all while Junhyung thought that it would be a waste if that day marked the end of their friendship.
Junhyung decided that they should keep in touch thus he went on Facebook and found Hyunseung. He added him immediately and started having online chats with him. Soon enough, online chats progressed to text messages and there were times whereby Junhyung would send Hyunseung home after classes just to be able to spend more time together. The both of them exchanged their personal lives and secrets with ease knowing that the other one will never gossip about him.
In about a month, Junhyung became aware that he didn’t like the senior at all, it was purely an infatuation. In fact, he grew fonder of Hyunseung whom he spent a lot of time with. On the other hand, he knew that he had many rivals he had to win against. Hyunseung had about three admirers excluding him at the moment when he started wanting Hyunseung all to himself. He knew the road ahead was not easy but what he didn’t know was that it could cause so much grief and confusion. Four long years of trying, frustrations and happiness, will he ever get what he wants?
