What do rating communities do for you?

Well, you fill out an application, and then people vote on it, based on your answers to questions.. and then if you get more "yes" votes than "no" votes, you're accepted into the community.

i suppose to rephrase the question:

Why would you want to be a part of one?

Well, because not everyone can join... only the people that everyone votes in will be accepted. It's kind of like an "elite" type thing, maybe.

It's just supposed to be for shits and giggles... but of course there are those who do it to feel better about themselves... It's just the internet... a waste of time.. No one really takes them seriously... or at least they shouldn't.
