Ahh, Vacation!
Catching up on my reading lists has not happened, but I am at almost 30k words on my NaNo story. I have barely looked up from my netbook since last Sunday night! I know I have to haul ass before Monday, then I will be back to the grind and I doubt I will get anything done, until Thanksgiving- when I get a few days off from both jobs.
Of course, while I am writing, my mind keeps drifting to my Works In Progresses- especially Without You. I want to wrap that thing up so badly! I also have another story that I have been playing around with, as well as wanting to wrap up A Groovy Kind of Love. So much inspiration, so little time!
If this week is how my favorite authors spend their days, I need to become a successful author! I am loving nice quiet lunches, music of my choice all day long, dinners out- because I am on vaction and refuse to cook, and writing all day long without a reason to stop. This is the first time since my high school summer vacations that I have been able to concentrate soley on doing my writing thing and I LOVE it!
