i am exhausted.
school started. i agree with emily; summer felt like a year.
speaking of a year, i've known nick for almost that long. even though summer felt so long, time has gone by so quickly.
the day to get our apartment keys is right around the corner. ridiculous. i'm excited. 4 dayssss.
orientation for jolly pumpkin is over. i just have to study for my test on saturday. saturday morning meeting, then the test, then menu tasting. then practice monday, and we open wednesday. i'm working 7 shifts next week, and 5 the week after that. hopefully is sticks at 4. i'd like a day with nothing to do each week. i am excited to make money, tough.
it's kind of a blessing in disguise that death always seems to come when you don't have a minute to stop to dwell on it, isn't it? i thought of that yesterday, and while it always seems so (it's terrible to say but) inconvenient, it would be so much harder if you had that time to focus on it.
