101 things in 1001 days, do 20 sit ups a day for two weeks. For the last two weeks I've been doing at least 20 sit ups a day because my belly was sticking out a bit. I know, I'm not fat, but prevention is better than cure, and I wanted to tone up my abs a bit. I've noticed they're getting easier already, last night I did 40 and I was hardly out of breath! If it wasn't just before bedtime I would have carried on and done more. So in the last 14 days I've done 460 sit ups, an average of about 33 a night. I'm going to carry on with it, it'll help to tone my abs and also be a big help for my pole dancing when we have to haul our legs up and keep them up, it's really bloody hard!
And oh my god, when I bought my car I'd completely forgotten that it was number 2 on my list, so that's another one I can cross off.
Hey, three months in and I'm still right on schedule with an average of three tasks per month :o)
