Thank you! The blue one is mine, the red one is Pete's :o)
Yes I would be very upset and surprised to see snow in August!

Oh I would want purple, I would have everything in purple! :-D Sadly it's not a very common colour among bikes. Karen's husband has the same type of bike as me and he spray painted his purple, I bet it's lovely!

I would suppose purple would have to be a special order.

I should have guessed you would love purple, with your background being purple!!!

I can't get away from blue. Everything I have is some shade of blue. Clothes, furnishings, car etc!!!
I do like red, but my eyes go right to blue!!!

Yes, you can get purple cars, but motorbikes seemed to be much more limited with their colours and don't come in purple at all :o( I guess because they're not as popular as cars it wouldn't be worth their while to have too many colours. I'm definitely going to look for a purple car when I get around to buying one!

Oh yes, I do love purple, about as much as you love blue! :-D

Yeah, time goes so quickly, it's not right! LoL.

I did get my gift today, but it's been ruined :o( It was a dozen red roses but they've been sitting in a box for 4 days so they've gone all brown and mouldy. They're going to send some more for free, but that's not the point, they were meant to be a surprise for our anniversary on Friday and they spoiled it. I won't be using that company again, that's for sure!

And thank you! I don't know how you knew, I was convinced I was going to fail again, thank you for having faith in me! :o)

You're welcome Shellie---I knew you would pass because you were very determined to pass, and you worked hard at it...

That's a shame about the roses...But I guess you have to consider that Pete did send them to you. That's what counts!!!!

When it is something parsible, something can go wrong.
It's not the same, but at least the company is sending you a new bouquet of roses...
I am sure they will be lovely, and just the thought of Pete doing this for you in the first place, will be something to make you happy....

Sorry it's taken me so long to reply to this, I sprained my wrist so haven't been able to type much lately.

You're right, it was a lovely thought from Pete and totally unexpected. I thought he would just send me a text message or something, but those roses were lovely and hand made chocolates too! :o)
