College
So far I really like college. I miss a lot of people from highschool, but the people I've met in college are quite lovely as well. The main thing I'm involved in is the ASU Ju-Jitsu organization. ^^ It's very fun, and I always feel good after practice. I'm testing for rank in a couple weeks. If anyone is Tempe and wants to come see me; I'd love to see you! I actually met quite a few friends in practice. The other kind of community I'm involved in now is the poetry slam at Mills End on Friday. >< Hanna wants to be a slam poet. That's surprising. It's difficult...but I'm getting a lot better. Mostly it's just hard to be loud and I need a better range in my poems. The judging is kind of screwy sometimes because they choose the judges out of the crowd randomly. ^^ I've been a judge before..It's fun, but I'm kind of biased. The best i've done is fourth out of about fifteen. The first time I read, Wilford came to see me, which was very very sweet of him. ^___^ yay! I'm so tired of Art History; it's my hardest class. T___T I can't remember all the styles and movements of the Reformation. >__<;;; hard. Also, one of the nice things about ASU is that they sell cheap sushi in the market which is quite good for fake sushi. It's enjoyable to get sushi for lunch on my breaks. I've got a really lovely coat for winter. It's blue with big yellow sunflowers on it. <33 It makes me happy. I'm still deciding on my major, probably psych with a speech and communication science minor and a mixed media art minor as well. I hope everything is going well for everyone.
