Carnival!

Thank God it didn't rain last night because that would have completely ruined my week. As it is I had a bad enough week but yesterday made up for it. If you live in or anywhere near the Delaware Valley odds our you've heard about the Saint Helena's Carnival. Saint Helena's being my church and all I come out to support it every year. This has been one of the first years in a while that it hasn't rained.

By a stroke of luck Julie temporarily lives four minutes away from me. So Julie and I dragged Erin, Molly, Ryan, Lauren, Katie, Steph and Jeff along with us. Too bad Ryan, Lauren, Katie, Steph and Jeff took three hours to get there. But none the less it was a good time. (I'm sorry you couldn't come Meg, we missed you. I hope you're feeling better. <333)

I'm no longer a ferris wheel virgin! Never, ever, ever ride a ferris wheel with Julie Agee. Especially if it's your first time. Julie dragged me on. After correctly predicting the color cart we would get Julie and I hop on. There we see a danger notice in big red letters: DANGER: DO NOT ROCK CARTS. What's the first thing Julie does when she gets on? She rocks the cart. Now i'm sitting there clinging on for dear life while Julie's leaning over (while we're at the top) waving to people. Terrifying experience. I think I saw my life flash before my eyes. I am definitely not a risk taker.

Julie: Wouldn't it be awesome if we got stuck up here for a really long time!
Me: NO. We could die on this thing!
Julie: No we can't...well yeah maybe we could. ::Julie starts laughing hysterically::
Me: THIS IS NOT HOW I WANT TO DIE!!!

Other highlights include seeing a pirate, "ass relaxation" with Katie, Merry-Go-Round (next to the tea cups is still definitely my favorite ride), and of course food. Erin and I had an awesome conversation, "that bug was all crawl, crawl, crawl, and if it bit me i'd be all ouch, ouch, ouch..." And after that story I was all laugh, laugh, laugh.

Maybe pictures later.
