ReplyAll convinced me to post on LiveJournal again
Last night while mowing my lawn I was listening to Reply All: #100 Friends and Blasphemers and it inspired me to dust off my old LiveJournal and post again.
I had no idea that part of the downfall of LiveJournal was related to the Russian government and the rise of Putin. The desire to control the media in Russia lead a lot of Russian citizens to take the Internet to voice their protest and LiveJournal became the platform of choice.
Viva la revolution (or whatever the equivalent is in Russian)!
