Blargh. Nothing interesting in my world. Spending time with clee, spending not enough time being productive, gradually leading a less sick-feeling lifestyle.(sick as in healthy, not as in normal. I'm definitely abnormal and as such "sick" by plenty of people's standards.) Hopefully I will be out of Div 1 and into Div 2 within a matter of a couple weeks or less. whee. dum dum dum... I don't really know. Been reading a lot of Somethingawful.com recently, a number of gems in there, I'll leave you to search for them yourself if you find that you have empty time you need to fill. Odd sentence that. Ah well. Trying to find direction for my independent study so that I can sink my teeth in and start chewing, however all this has evaded me for yet another night. I can think of a few things on this bit of it and on that bit of it, but no good leads for me to relentlessly pursue and write a decent paper on. Irksome and bad news for it getting done on time, but Mark said that he didn't care how long it took, so this may very well extend into the spring semester. And as far as you need to know, the independent study is in the general field of linguistics. Past that I'm not even sure how confident I feel anymore about knowing what it is. Blargh.
