Dont' just go out and say "hey I adore you" and blah blah blah all of that jazz. If you really do cherish this lady then give her the space of mind. What I mean is don't get all giddy and jump the band waggon. Get to know her, earn her respect, friendship, and trust. Those you must have at least before you can try and have a meaningful relationship. Though sometimes this takes time.
Secondly. why dont' you want to feel this way for her? What about her makes you not want to or makes you want to. Weigh the decisions. see if the feelings you feel are physical or something more. Something you can have with her without haveing physical. This may sound dorky but like having an internet relation. you have never met the person or possibly have never even seen em. But you do have a liking for that person based on what you percieve and see as them. Basically liking them for them.

it's not physical at all, i know that for a fact, my attraction to her just keeps growing because of the fact that she's beautiful, she's got a voice that makes my heart melt when i have to sing with her, and a personality that beats all.
the reason i dont want the feelings for her is i feel that she's entirely too good for me, i feel like i'm the bottom of the latter cuz she's out there with so many other guys that could be better than i am. and i dont want to get hurt.
But don't down size yourself. Rule number something. You may have qualities that the other guys will never have. you have the quality of feeling and of love. Though hard to explain in words. so many have that problem. but you have a passion for her that can only surpass others it seems. Follow your heart and use it like a compass. But let your mind be the map.
