Matthew Dennis Adams 27, Indianapolis, passed away at home on December 18, 2007. He was born July 25, 1980 in Southfield, Michigan to Dennis C. and Barbara J. Horn Adams. Matthew was a Project Inspection Coordinator for Signature Construction Company for two years. He graduated with a B.S. degree from Ball State University. He also received a M.S. degree from Purdue University. Matthew is survived by his loving wife, Michaela Ann Maitzen Adams; parents, Rev. Dennis C. and Barbara J. Adams; brother, Jacob D. Adams; sister, Katrina Howlett; brother-in-law, Ted Howlett; grandparents, Ralph and Mary Kay Horn; mother and father-in-law, Ann Marie and Michael Raymond Maitzen; brother-in-law, Zach Maitzen; dogs, Madeline and Tobey; cats, Willow and Lilly. A celebration of life service will be held at Horizons of Faith United Methodist Church, 3096 W. 62nd St., Indianapolis, IN at 11 AM Saturday, December 22, 2007. Visitation will be held at Conkle Funeral Home, Speedway Chapel from 4-8 P.M. Friday, Dec. 21st and one hour prior to service Saturday at the church. Matt and his family request donations be made in lieu of flowers to The American Cancer Society, The Humane Society of Indianapolis or Heartland Hospice.
