I love having an organic farm CSA (Community Shared Agriculture--basically a "subscription" to whatever gets harvested each week for the growing season). This week's bounty: Savoy cabbage, Japanese eggplant, broccoli, collard greens, rainbow chard, purple kale, carrots, beets, potatoes, radishes, lettuce, and basil. *nom nom nom*
