I just made one of the best soups ever. Whole Foods was selling fish frames (heads, tails, skeletons - all full of meat) for $.99/lb (in contrast to the $14.99/lb fillets I also bought). Made stock out of the frames, took the flesh off before it got too cooked, and tossed the bones back in the pot. Sauteed some onions, added some potatoes I cooked
