Okay, so where in there did the founding fathers says "have the right do drive around gving everyone a headache with a party favor muffler?" I think that's down right RUDE and hindering everyone else's pursuit of happiness... I think we should be allowed to shoot any "boi" on "ear shot" with those obnoxious mufflers and sounds systems (cause they usually go together)....
