I got a text message from Josh this morning. He graduated from culinary school in Miami today.

Josh Lyons is now an official chef.. ha. Wow... what a switch huh.. From rock star to Chef..

I've always been so proud of him. This is an amazing career step. What next?? Possibly a transfer with The Ritz Carlton to San Diego..
