(no subject)
this semester has been flying by way too fast. i took on too much this year and its been tough, but it'll be over soon.
i am stage managing Julius Caesar which is amazing. It's April 25, and 27 at 7:30 and April 28 at 2. then after that there's about a week left of classes. so my semester will be over.
i have been crazy busy this semester which sucks cuz it's my big's, gbig's and twin's last semester. so i haven't been able to hang out with people as much as i want. i can't go to semi-formal either cuz thats the last night of jc. i haven't hung out with my roommates in forever cuz i'm either in class, in a meeting or in rehearsal, literally. i don't have a free afternoon ever. i have meetings mon, tues and wed, rehearsal thurs thru sunday, work every morning mon thru thurs plus classes and the ridiculous amount of work i've had to do this semster. funny how i'm updating now instead of doing work.haha i have written more papers this semester than i did my entire freshman year, which is not cool. i am having fun though. i need to work on not getting overstressed so much. i'm not as bad as i was last semester though, i haven't resorted to energy drinks instead of food yet. oh yeah...
I'M GOING TO LONDON FOR A SEMESTER!!! i'm soooo super excited. it was the only place i really ever want to go and we found out right before spring break. chelsea, katie, bekah and allegra are also all going on this trip which is even more amazing. its gonna be a lot of money, so i need to work a lot. i also need to start applying or study abroad scholarship applications... but one crazy thing at a time.
my classes have been tough this semester, but it's almost over. our directing scenes are a week after jc closes. we have our first rehearsal tonight and i'm terrified cuz i don't know how to be a director.. we'll see what happens.
despite my complaining and being stressed out and busy all the time, i'm having fun and loving elon as usual. haha spring break i went with caeli, jaci and jen to charleston for a couple days. it was soooo much fun and it was amazing to be on the beach just relaxing doing absolutely nothing.
i can't wait for the summer. 3 months doing nothing but playing with kids and being lazy?! i think i can handle that. hopefully next semester won't be so busy. i miss having free time and seeing people... oh yeah and sleeping
