Finally had a case today. Got to run it with the chief. He's my favorite to work with. Got the good perfusionist, good surgeon who was training the new surgeon, so you'd figure we'd be done quick... 3 hours on bypass, 6 grafts and 4 endarts later... Long day for one case. Was proud of myself for being ready so fast and doing rather smoothly considering I hadn't done a case in over a week! Got to hang out with Chris all day yesterday b/c he was off and we had no cases. Was so nice to sleep in with him and be domestic, running errands and such. Happy to have another case tomorrow too... I like working, now how long until I get paid to do this? I have a stupid online class today where we're suppossed to discuss bypass and pregnancy (avoid it at all costs!), so I'm (im)patiently waiting for that to start so I can go to bed. I'm rather tired. Ready for the weekend. I have to work on my master's project this weekend which kinda bites, but maybe I'll be productive? Got an apartment in Denver, super excited about that. They are SOOO nice! And I can walk to the hospital so I don't have to worry about parking there and such. Anyhow, gotta go to this lovely "class"... how do you have class online anyways? I"m a lil confused as to how this is suppossed to work, but we'll see... I'll let ya'll know!
