Look Ma, I'm on the teevee!

So the Channel 31 news guys were wandering around outside Cat today, surveying people about gay marriage. It's a huge crowd of typical middle aged Cat people...and then me. Natually, they pop by to ask what I think, because I'll help them fill their viewpoint quota. I respond that I think gay marriage should be allowed, that I know gay couples who are married and have managed to not destroy the entire cosmos, and that for the most part, gay marriage is a hot button because politicians need something shiny for everyone to look at. They took down my name, thanked me for my time, and went straight to a 60 year old woman who was trying very hard to look like she wasn't indignant about what I'd said, and got her response as well. I didn't hear it, but she was gesticulating wildly when I passed her on my way back inside. So the moral of the story is, don't eat lunch outside if you clearly don't look like everyone else, because some dude with a camera will come bother you when all you really want is to finish eating your falafel.
