I think I already went thru this a couple of time during my work but not I feel this is nonsense......

Is it really so hard to do the following things in a work environment:

1. Be able to create a path for your good employees
2. Define clear roles and responsabilites
3. Promote good people that benefit the company
4. ...

I am tired of fighting to do what I do best...
I am tired of always exceeding expectations without getting any benefits...
I am tired of having my life affected by work stuff...
I am tired of manager leveraging everyone by the bottom because everybody is equal...

I am tired.....
