Running into class was the little captain, Hitsugaya. His heart pounded against his chest as he stood in the doorway, his bag slung over his shoulder. He lifted his head as he heaved with his breathing.

"Sorry Ukitake.... Been a busy day for me..." he muttered as he stepped inside, trying to collect himself before he stopped.... seeing the cake. He shook his head and looked around at the other students, holding tightly on his book bag.

"Hitsugaya Taichou! How are you?"

He perked up spotting who had called his name and smiled a bit, giving a small wave.

"Ah, Rukia. It's nice to see you." He readjusted his bag on his shoulder. "It's nice to see another familar face around here."

[bunnyfixation]

She nodded. It was nice, although she had already met so many nice people here. "It is nice to see you as well. I hope you have been enjoying yourself." instead of doing paperwork.

His smile widened at that, and a chuuckle followed. "Oh yes, I have been enjoying myself. I also saw you at swimming class... Who was that boy you were swimming with?"

"Kanda-san."

"Kanda..." He rubbed his chin and eyed the cake again. "He seemed very nice, seeing that he taught you how to swim some what."

"He was very kind." She nodded in agreement.
