Where: House Theta, Naruto and Gray's room
What: While going to make sure Gray is okay, Mikuru finally meets Naruto. Poor, poor Mikuru.
Rating: PG to PG-13ish, depending on the boys.

After all the time she'd spent around Gray and his penchant of taking off his clothes, Naruto's appearance shouldn't have shocked Mikuru. However, after she gaped for a few seconds, then turned tomato red, then stammered and stuttered for a few moments, she averted her eyes and took a step back. "I-I... Who i-is... I j-just... Uhm." Brilliant. That explained everything.

Wow that ceiling was interesting. Awesomely interesting, really. Mikuru kept her eyes upwards as she finally managed to form words. "I-I-I'm Asahina Mikuru. I-I'm here to see Gray. You're his r-r-roommate?"

...What did he just call him? The use of her first name with no honorific whatsoever caused her to blush darkly and threatened to get her stuttering again. Before she could ask him to repeat himself, the boy had already spoken up again. Did she? If she left, she might miss Gray altogether. And if this guy was his roommate, they were probably friends. A good girlfriend is always nice to her boyfriend's friends, no matter how weird or close to naked they were, right? Right?

"Th-Thank you. If it's not too much trouble, that would be very nice... um..." She gave him a small smile, wondering if he was going to expect her to address him so informally.

Mikuru stared at the mess, slightly aghast. Sure, Gray had never been exactly neat, but this level of mess was beyond anything she'd seen in the room before; when Kazuki was Gray's roommate, at least his side of the room was neat and he managed to keep Gray's mess under control.

...Was that some kind of knife? ...What was that scarecrow doing over there?

She remembered her manners again. "I-I'm coming in," she announced herself, stepping over the mess and desperately looking at anything but Naruto as he dressed. "I-It's very nice to meet you, Uzumaki-kun. Have you b-been here long?" What. A. Mess.

Gahhhhhh. The mess burned almost as bad as watching him dress, but it was far less embarrassing. "I-I see. What classes are you taking?" Keeping to simple topics would be best, at least until he was decent. She shuffled uncomfortably.
