Returning a book to the library shouldn't be all that difficult. Unfortunately Tsuzuki had a long track record of having problems in libraries. He'd blown up three of them at home, smoked this one out for days, and gotten in trouble for building a fort in this one. Yeah, not a good record, so the chances of him bringing this one book back safely didn't seem high either. As usual, things turned out badly. The shinigami had replaced the book in the proper spot after having it out for days. As he was heading out of that second he bumped the shelves and two books fell to the floor.
"Whoops!" He quickly picked one up and popped it back into the appropriate spot on the shelf. He was about to pick the other one up when he started shaking slightly. Tsuzuki stared at it in confusion until the book shot off the ground and floated at eye level. Suddenly it snapped open to revel not pages but sharp teeth on both sides of the cover. "Ohhhhh no." Without another word the shinigami whirled around and bolted from the aisle. "This is so baaaaad!" he cried as he book started chasing after him, teeth chomping ever closer to him. "I don't wanna be book food!"
