It was finally ready! Everything was installed and working well on the ground. The only thing left now was to get the hawkzile up in the air and actually try out the new addition. It was a perfect day for the attempt too. The sky was clear, there wasn't a lot of wind, and it was warm out. Perfect.
Frau pulled the sheet off the hakwzile and immediately climbed on. The open door was calling to him as he turned the machine on, pressing the zaiphon into the starter. He zipped out of the building and headed toward the main part of campus. He would enjoy himself for just a little bit before he tested out the turbo charger. Frau weaved in and out of the trees and buildings as he made his way toward the courtyard. While people tended to be there sometimes, it was never incredibly crowded so it would provide the perfect place. When he reached the courtyard the bishop brought the hawkzile to a halt, hovering in midair to do a last minute check. This was going to be great!
