Arms folded over his head in an attempt to protect himself from the falling food, Frau darted across campus toward the cafeteria. So far he'd been pelted with egg rolls, apples (which hurt dang it!), and potato chips. It was too bad that everything all fell at once or Frau would have tried catching the potato chips in his hat and eating them. He could certainly go with some of those right now.

It was while he was pondering this that Frau spotted his fellow bishop. Sure, Castor was usually a bit of an odd ball in Frau's eyes, but this was even more strange than usual. Why would Castor want to be standing around outside in a storm of food? Frau hurried over, both to interrogate Castor and to make use of the other man's preparedness. Umbrella's were good. "Oi! Castor!"

If Castor was a pettier person, he would have moved and held the umbrella away from Frau. Instead, he just tilted it slightly so Frau wouldn't be as protected as he was. "Such interesting weather. It seems to be rather useful though." Castor doesn't let Frau's interruption distract him from his collection of eyefish. They were way more important after all. Frau would be there tomorrow, but the eyefish probably wouldn't.

It was certainly interesting, but Frau had only found one use for it. Unfortunately he'd yet to partake in that use. Food fights were difficult to have on your own. Frau glanced down at the pot that sat beside Castor's feet. His face lit up when he realized what was inside. "Eyefish! You're going to make stew, Castor?"

"Of course. I would be as stupid as you if I neglected to take advantage of this situation." What else would Castor be doing outside with a stew pot, eyefish, and an umbrella? If Frau isn't too annoying, Castor might even consider sharing some with this fellow bishop. Actually, Castor intended to collect enough to make enough stew for most of the students. Surely their apprentices would like some. Castor glanced down at the pot and collected a few more eyefish from the sky.

"As stupid as..." Frau glared darkly at Castor. "Oi. That's mean. And annoying. Why do I feel the sudden need to cut you into a hundred pieces?" Frau had expected a comment like that, but it didn't mean that he appreciated it any more because he'd known it was coming.

"If you do that? Who will make stew?" Castor wasn't about to leave off insults when they were so easy. He had better uses for Frau though. "Rather than standing here and cutting me into pieces that would fit into the stew, you could go to the bookstore and buy ingredients for the stew. If you think you can follow directions, I have a convenient list here."

"You want me to waste my credits on food ingredients instead of more important things?" Frau asked Castor, looking a bit incredulous. "Seriously? That's a major waste." He took the list and headed off though. It had been a long time since the bishop had gotten to eat eyefish stew, so he'd pay the price.

"It's not a waste if you get to eat eyefish stew in return." Castor figured Frau would see things his way and he would get the rest of the ingredients for his stew. Of course Frau would be able to eat a good deal of the stew since it was only fair. What a nice trade.

Finding Castor later might have been more difficult. Once Castor had enough, he headed inside to his floor of the dorms and to the shared kitchen. He had to fetch a larger stew pot and prepare to make his stew. While he'd been careful to keep the eyefish off the ground, he still wanted to wash them, just to be sure they were clean.

Frau gathered the ingredients that Castor had requested and couldn't help wincing slightly when he saw how much of a dent it put in his credits. This stew better turn out amazing... Gathering the supplies, Frau headed out to rejoin Castor. There was just a small problem with that plan. Castor wasn't where he had been before.

"Stupid idiot..." Frau grumbled, as he stalked back toward the dorms. He'd check there first and then head for the home economics building. If Castor wasn't in either of those places then Frau would resort to a mental call. Of course he'd do some bitching to Castor about suddenly disappearing as well.

Castor had better things to do than stand around and wait for Frau. He was even giving Frau the benefit of the doubt, thinking he could figure out where he went. Frau should be grateful Castor was assuming he had enough brains to figure it out. There were only so many places on campus he could cook stew anyway. Besides, there were eyefish that needed preparing.

Castor was busy washing eyefish in the kitchen. He decided to leave his robes to the side and just cooked in his turtle neck. He was happy to be working in the kitchen, making eyefish stew for the first time in such a long while.

Frau stormed into the kitchen in his first attempt to find Castor. When he spotted the man cooking so happily his irritation only increased. He stomped up to Castor and tossed the bag of supplies at the other bishop's feet. "Why couldn't you have just told me where you were going to be?!" he shot at Castor. "It would have made things so much easier!"

Castor smiles at him as he picks up the bag and checks over the ingredients. "Where do you usually cook?" He makes it sound like the most obvious thing in the world. Of course he would have gone to the kitchen. He makes himself busy washing and cutting up the vegetables. It would have been easier if he could have used his wires, but a knife works just as well.

Labrador arrives a moment later with this collection of herbs and spices, all of which he'd grown and prepared himself. He's looking down and trying to balances the box in his arms as he chatters on excitedly.

"I hope I didn't keep you waiting for too long, Castor? I didn't know which ones to bring as they'd all go perfectly well with eyefish. We could try this new one I-" He sets the box down, taking out a little bottle of some new spice he'd learnt about from the library and he finally looks up. "Oh, hi, Frau. You've come to help too?"

"I don't cook," Frau grumbled. "And there are more than one set of kitchens in this place." Frau leaned against the wall, arms crossed over his chest. "I'm not sure "come to help" is the right description, Labrador. It's more along the lines of "forced to help" I think."

"If you wish to enjoy some stew, it is only right that you help. Frau bought the ingredients I needed from the store." Today is such a nice day, Castor is being generous. By letting Labrador know that Frau was actually helping, Castor could keep busy while Labrador smiled and thanked Frau and hopefully put him in a better mood.

Once the vegetables were done, he tossed them into the stew pot with the eyefish. Then he started picking through Labrador's spices to see what would go best with the stew. "Thank you for all of this, Labrador. This will surely be some of my best stew."

"Forced to? But I thought you liked eyefish too?" Then he smiled as he heard Castor's explanation. "I see. So you really did help, Frau." He let out a little sigh and teased. "You should be more honest, Frau. Lying won't do for a bishop, you know."

Labrador went over to see how Castor was doing. "I hope it will be."
