[Carolling!]
Who: Bran, Eriol, Hamel, Will and anyone who wants to get sung at.
When: Evening of the 24th -- Christmas Eve.
Where: The first floor of the boy's dorm to start, then travelling around the rest of the campus.
What: Carolling followed by a small celebration.
Rating: Totally G. Wait, Hamel's going to be in this -- viewer discretion advised maybe?
It was a strange feeling to be going caroling without the rest of his family. Will thought of Paul’s quiet satisfaction as he brought out his flute case or James’ exuberant teasing and felt momentarily lost - why was he here of all places and not home in Buckinghamshire like any ordinary boy? But no, Will reminded himself. It was no good thinking like that. Besides, Bran, Hamel and Eriol would be waiting …
Will found himself smiling as he headed downstairs to meet the others. They were going to start in the boys dorms to knock on people’s doors and sing carols for those that wanted them, then the girls, Omega last (tunnels too if Will could persuade the others that the Undertaker needed Christmas cheer as well) and finish in the pub for some well earned snacks - not much time for Will to feel sorry for himself! And with Bran’s serious expression as he tuned the traveling harp reminding him of Paul and Eriol’s mature demeanour and quiet amusement reminding Will of something he couldn’t quite place, well - home didn’t feel so far away now, did it?
“Hullo, then,” he greeted the others. “We ready to go?”
((ooc: I’m not entirely sure if this will work or not, but how about people who want the carolers to visit their room/what-have-you post a comment with their location in the subject? It is not too late to join the caroling, just jump on in. Later, carolers and anyone who wants to join them are going to gather at the pub for some seasonal treats and our lovely mod has indicated that there is a chance their tab might be mysteriously paid (but anyone attempting to abuse this might find themselves with a hefty bill at the end of the night, beware).
