This had been a rather stressful week, what with arriving in this strange place and worrying about Frau, not that Labrador let anyone know. No, he'd kept up his calm, smiling facade and tried his best to reassure Frau. Labrador was never one to burden others with his own worries. Everyone else was more important after all. He was one who actually tried to save his enemies instead of harming them, who cared about and loved his enemies as much as he did his friends.
Yes, he did tell everyone about his premonitions, his fears for the fate of the World, but his own personal fears he'd always kept hidden, usually beneath a smile. Castor was the only one who saw through this from time to time.
The lavender haired bishop wandered through the park and smiled happily at the flowers that greeted him. He held out his hands for them to coil round in greeting and spoke to them at length. Then he sat down under the shade of one of the large trees to rest a bit and just enjoy the peaceful solitude of the place. After a while, the sweet aroma of the flowers, the gentle breeze, the warm sunlight and the soft birdsong all slowly but surely lulled him to sleep.
He curled up at the base of the tree and flowers blossomed round him to keep him safe. The tree also shed some of its leaves to cover him and try to keep him warm.
