When whitewashed walls

Who: Grimmer, OPEN
When: A dark and stormy afternoon
Where: The library
What: ...Being in the library?
Rating: PG?

The tunnels had taken a bit of figuring out, Grimmer had to admit. It was much easier to get lost when there was no sky to orient yourself with. But still, if you really paid attention, you could learn which tunnel was which pretty quickly. The cracks in the walls, the spots on the ceiling, the scuff marks on the floor, each tunnel had a little bit of character, just like a country road or city alley.

So he hadn't had any problem getting to the library today. The first few times he had been here, he had mainly been figuring out collection. It was exhaustive. And he'd spent some time finding out where the most useful books were. He'd be getting some of the ones on basic magic out soon, as well as a few about computers.

But today, he was interested in looking more closely at the contents of the section that interested him most- German history. Specifically, East German history.

Right now he's flipping through the index of a book on Berlin.
