What: Bakura hears of something through the grapevine. And that something interests him. And it interests him enough to make him steal it.

Bakura wandered the few open hallways of House Rho, the girls' dormitory, his dark eyes glancing to and fro like a predator on the hunt... And, at the moment, that's exactly what he was.
After a few moments he came upon his target; Room 108. He swiftly knocked upon the door and received no answer. Perfect... That was one problem solved. He then tried the knob and, to his surprise, found it unlocked. A second problem solved. A cocky smirk spreading over his face, the thief slowly opened the entrance to the room and stepped noiselessly inside, still keeping his senses open for the occupants of the dormitory... But there was no one.
The room was in relatively good order, which made the whole task quite a lot easier. Bakura secretly was thankful that what he wanted belonged to a girl... He had doubts about being able to locate anything in the male dorms. But enough thinking, now it was time to act. His eyes had just caught sight of the prize the man had heared about both over the school journals and through various tales throughout campus...

Kneeling down Bakura picked up the shoes (which he noted were surprisingly heavy) and peered at them curiously.
So these allow the wearer to increase their speed and jumping ability, hm? They certainly conceal themselves very well; they look rather plain. He mused before shaking his head and standing up straight again. If these items were anything like he had heard, then taking them would be worth any of the possible consquences... That calculating smirk still upon his face, the self-proclaimed King of Thieves straightened up and made his way back to the entrance to the dorm, slipped through it, and soundlessly made his escape with the Innocence...
