The attendants on the bottom floor had kindly brought Tanyuu to a small room that moved to the top floor. She had looked at the room very closely, but there was no clue to how it worked.
An "elevator." Such strange, wonderful machinery in this place. Like those computers. Things that she was sure even Ginko had never seen.
...But now was not the time for wonder.
She stepped out of the elevator as quickly as she could upon reaching the top floor, as instructed. The doors slid shut behind her.
And she nearly fell back when the large when the large doors now in front of her were thrown open before she could reach them. Two strange girls with truly remarkable hair beamed at her. "Welcome!" They chorused.
"Ah, thank you," Tanyuu managed.
She stared at the entrance hall. But...surely the building wasn't big enough for that?
Slowly, looking at things carefully, she proceeded down the hall.
