Wet Halloween
Well, it is raining out already and it's going to rain all day. As of right now Ottawa Hills and Toledo are still planning on holding their Trick-or-Treat tonight... It has been announced that Toledo will make a final decision at noon today if they are going to change or not. There are a lot of communities that haven't made the change though, but that itself could change by the middle of the day. So, we will see what happens as the day goes on.
