I heard the Japan sent out tsunami warning. But I'm not really a reliable source for news.

And as for a wishlist. You could ask for things you miss or supplies you need. That's what I would do.

Yes there was a tsunami warning. I am not sure how big, but if yu can read Japanese click on the 4th set of Kanji on the grey menu bar at the top of the page.
