Mickey Mouse Say...
Before I left work on Monday, I took the last fortune cookie that Hillary bought back from Tokyo Disney Resort, it said "Take it easy on your day off". Who would have thought that Disney would be right.
Yesterday was a good day, I spoke to johnspiff, which is always nice, chatted with sevencloud more fun, then more fun with nichbchsr.I also spoke to poeloops on Yahoo voice chat. I love technology, even if I don't understand it.
In the mail I received a post card from a friend of mine back home, he is cute and really should have a livejournal and I got my second christmas card from speedy_, a nice hand made one.
Last night Nicola asked me to come down for a the opening of Hillary and Nicola's Christmas Grotto. They have flashing lights and tinsel over everything and an American Idol Christmas CD playing in the background. My rabbit hutch is devoid of yuletide spirit except for two Christmas cards. So on Friday there will be a trip made to 100 Yen shop for some supplies. Lets get festive!
I have also been talked into having Christmas festivities in my apartment, I hesitated before saying yes and laid down a few rules, but secretly I will enjoy it. It will not be the same as spending it with my family and friends at home, but I guess I will have to make do.
Today I have not done to much so far, I need to get my laundry done and I still have to plan my trip to Kyoto. Nicola and Dominic are coming over tonight for dinner, also to wait for pay day and then we are off to 7-11 for cash, coffee and chocolate.
