Greetings from PA
So since I go to Binghamton I haven't had class in 5 days due to Rosh Hasasanna. (Happy new year guys). I bummed around here for a few days and then Greyhound-ed it to Harrisburg, Pa to see Erika!!
So...I present you the weekend in numbers:
NUMBERS OF:
days i've had off: 5
hours spent on a bus: no less than 12
number of people who had to stand on the bus from Scranton to Bing: no less than 10
states travelled in: 2
Bush-Cheney lawn signs in Etown: approx 50
Kerry-Edwards lawn signs in Etown: approx 25
minority students seen on Etown campus: 3
hermit crabs bought: 1
caterpillers Erika keeps in her room: 2
times we listened to the Ashlee Simpson CD: 5
inches of hair Erika cut off: 8
degrees it dropped while i was away for 2 days: at least 20
times i pretended to be asleep on the bus so no one would sit next to me: 4
times i really was asleep and someone woke me up and DID sit next to me: 1
I could really go on like this for awhile but i'll hold myself back. I'm so excited that I got to see Erika's school. Everyone was, full of school spirit, wholesome, and friendly there...really just the all-american school. Er's friends were nice and of course I had a great time :) Sorry I didn't get to see you Kim-dawg, good luck with those hurricanes...maybe you can actually have classes now? And Alana, I'm sorry I wasn't home to see you either! Have an awesome time in London! PS thanks to Bill and Mouy for picking me up at the bus :). OK now everyone from home should come visit me.
