According to a moron on an American show airing on Global, it's Mexico. I was screaming at the TV that she should say "China", but that's only because she didn't realize that the sun was a star (for that answer, I disagreed with her...my answer was Sol, which is more correct). Hmm. Wikipedia suggests that Mexico became its own country on September 16, 1810. I'd want to know more before I put any money on the issue, but I suspect that the US has shared a border with Mexico longer than they've shared one with us.

I think it meant "longest" as in greatest length, not oldest.

Was this the "are you smarter than a fifth grader" show? I saw commercials for that and it just looks like a really dumb show.
