I was in my bosses office today waiting for a meeting to start and picked up Technology Review. You have to pay for the magazine or get a professional copy to read the article but they had this teaser on the site.
Global Warming
I googled Dr. Jim Hansen and found some other reports he's done. He was the head of Climate Research (or something title like that) for NASA for years until he got on the wrong side of the Bush Administration.
I think it's time that we started looking to the future and start using alternative resources instead of burning fossil fuels. The world is Globalizing at a rapid rate. Let them globalize using good fuel sources that we know about now. Get OPEC and opening Alaskan reserves out of the picture and get smart. Nuclear, Ethanol, wind, solar, zero emission coal power.
