I'm sitting in the dark. I'm going to work soon.
A little too tired to be melancholy today.
I wish I had a babysitter to go see some Just for Laughs shows. I wish I had the guts to call my contacts for some free tickets. The Daily Show secrets revealed, including a live Q&A? Britcom? Eves Tavern (women comedian showcase)? The Family Guy live where they screen episodes and the voice actors talk their parts live, then Q&A. The bar series where really anything goes? I wish I could be there. I wish I had the money.
I mean everyone's going to be there. There's even those 'he's just not that into you' people with their stageshow and Q&A where they tell you the men in your life just don't like you enough to commit and you should just move on. I wonder what you're supposed to do when it's your husband who's 'just not that into you' but he won't leave or do anything about it?
Wish wish wish wish wish. Wishing is foolish sometimes, but the idea of something you wish for can sustain you, make you smile. Well, that is, if you're not a complete pessimist.
This weekend I have a little birthday party for one of Antoine's little friend and Sunday night I got free tickets to see Notre Dame de Paris (Hunchback, the musical hihi). Any ideas on what to do in the swealtering heat (with possible rainstorms) between then (saturday morning) and then (sunday night)?
blabla,
kids,
work
