Others won't drink coffee or go to an overheated room because they're afraid that these might trigger the physical symptoms of a panic attack."

Wow... i've been reading a lot on Panic Disorder this morning. i know that's what i have and it sucks big time that i'm not able to get the help i need. it is seriously one of the most difficult things to deal with. it's becoming more & more of a problem too. ::sigh:: i wish i could afford the help.
