The past weeks have been busy. My studies have resumed, my work continues, and I am now studying Spanish! The wine firm is now importing some Spanish wines, so we are encouraged to study Spanish.

I am sorry I did not provide the correct recipe for the Portotonic. We have experimented with this, and one variation is 1/3 white Port, 1/3 tonic water, and 1/3 sparkling water, with an orange slice. This for me was better than the first variant, which was only white Port, tonic and lemon. It was too sweet.
