Peppersmoke is a fine card, but the Huntmaster is just a lot better. Probably the best Elf common, and I have no problem playing the Elf deck with Pestermite.

Playing the vivid land was probably wrong. And while I like Mournwhelk better than the Spiderwig, I did it mostly for its spot in the mana curvy, that I could have been overrating.

Pack 32: Nightshade Schemers over Inspired Sprite, or even Fencer Clique?

Pack 33: Latchkey Faerie seems better, though I've never played with Cloak & Dagger, so I can live with your pick.

I also would've run your second Vivid land and splashed for the Briarhorn.

32: I wanted the Schemers because I didn't want to get loaded down with 4 drops. The lifeloss that it provides can often be huge too.

33: Cloak and Dagger is crazy good. You win races with it that you have no business winning otherwise.

So you'd rather get loaded down with a 5-drop instead? ;-). If you gained life when Kinship triggers I can see their usefulness, but otherwise I'd rather have a 3/2 beater for 4 that is super hard to kill, or a 2/2 for 4 that draws cards.

Point taken re: Cloak & Dagger, though.
