Well last night I had a sleepover at a friends house, which was a major hurdle in the sleeping patterns. I managed to get my 2pm sleep on the train there, then got my 6 and 10pm sleeps in just fine. But when it came round to getting my 2am sleep my friend told me that the alarm woke his parents up at 10:30 before so he didn't want me using it. So I placed it underneath my pillow so only I should hear it, unfortunatly the pillow seemed to cover up all the noise and I slept right through it. Although my body naturally woke me up at 6am in the morning, so it was only a 4 hour crash.
The next day was slightly weird in my sleeps, some of the strangest sleeps yet.
As soon as I got home from my friends place at 9am I had a nap at home, this was one of the best and most refreshing naps I've ever had, I had a dream and woke up without the alarm beeping its head off at me. When I woke up I thought I'd been asleep for 1-2 hours and slept through my alarm, but it had only been a 20 minute nap, Way cool!
The next sleep was at 4:30 (as I had work), and this sleep was even stranger. I feel asleep almost immediatly, and when my alarm went off it felt like I had been asleep for about a minute, I thought the alarm had broken or something, but it had actually been 25 minutes since I settled into bed.
I finally seem to be adapting to my polyphasic sleep schedual, too bad it won't last...
