Damnit, I crashed again, this time I was utterly freezing last night, I couldn't stand the extreme cold, so I decided to snuggle up in bed for a few minutes... bad idea. Fell asleep at 5:30am and woke up again at 11:30 this morning. It's far easier to survive the chills at my unit where the house is a lot warmer than here and I have my beanie (as my head gets massivly cold because im practically bald ATM).
I've also discovered that the times when I crash are generally due to not getting my daily sleeps in, often during the day I will go to have my nap but not fall asleep for half an hour therefore getting no sleep, then when I get to bed at night I am extremely tired due to not sleeping all day and sleep trough my alarm or simply collapse at the computer. So I've learnt that getting sleeps in 24/7 is essential as otherwise I'll crash at night. So Im going to start reading a bit more as that generally makes me drowsy so I can get my required amount of sleep in during the day.
I also ate a lot of meat yesterday (because we had a family BBQ and my whole family loves meat), which probably didn't help much at all, I think im going to need to be completly vego until this schedual is over or im going to crash again.
