It's okay, It's only the ceiling falling in.
So the fire alarm was installed. The racket was unbelievable. Each new pull station had to be tested individually making a hoarse fog horn sound with the piercing wail of an air horn above my desk. Awesome! I left and made copies in the work room to avoid some of the noise.
Then the ceiling began falling in at one end of the school. Water? Nope. Too much weigh from new roof beams? Nope. No idea why the thing warped and such.
Lightning began striking all around the building in preparation for the forecasted soon to arrive blizzard. So far, not a flake. I'm hoping it stays that way as my hostas and lilies have begun growing and will die along with all the trees that have leaves on them. So, does that mean 2 allergy seasons for me?! Dear god....you're sucking on ice weather wise right now.
Imma going to have some rum and coke or something now.
