A Game Boy Advance.
No, really. After talking about pets and bikes and art supplies galore, we've finally decided to get our kid a game boy.
This was prompted by the fact that she is one of the only kids in her class that doesn't have one, and her insatiable thirst for playing a dinky little electronic game she got in a happy meal.
I'm sure for those of you who know my child and how she's completely deprived of all things electronic might think I've lost my mind. I have. But, considering that she'll be going to a more expensive and exclusive school next year, we figured we would get it before it looked like we were trying to mold her to "fit in."
Anyhow, it's purple ice, and has a carrying case, all the stuff for using it in the car, and is backlit, and I'm pretty damn excited for her. I can't wait for her to open it!!!
Because I want to play with it.
