i actually agree with you on the negatives, but i understand why they had to cut the subplots. we would have been in that movie or 4 1/2 hours instead of 2 1/2. Or there would have been "Goblet of Fire: Parts 1 & 2."

It did seem a little choppy, but didn't really seem like a 2 1/2 hour movie. And even in the book there was a big chunk where Ron didn't appear because he and Harry were fighting. It was actually longer in the book I think.

And even in the last one, Malfoy's part was small. I don't get why they are doing that. He's such a big part of the story.

But Ron and Malfoy are entertaining (aside from Malfoy's enunciation of "Potter." Ugh.).

I have a feeling that the house elves are going to help overcome Voldemort. At least, I hope they are. They're more powerful that wizards, and without Dumbledore, Harry's gonna need some help.

But it's gonna be weird to go through three movies with no mention of them just to have them reappear in the last movie to save the day.

I really hope that's the idea, anyhow. I would hope JK Rowling is too intelligent to annoy her readers with SPEW for three books in a row for no reason.

I can't wait to see the whole movie. I missed quite a few snippets because of Ian. Chris missed an entire hour. Unfortunately, he is not as predictable as his older sister.

Ok....ton of packing to do.

Have fun in CT, if I don't talk to you before then!!! Stay warm!!!!

I was all into the moment when Harry and Cedric's body go spinning via portkey back to the Tri-Wizard stadium - happy because Harry made it out alive, and sad because of Cedric's demise - only to hear Radcliffe's measley "eh, heheheh, eeeh heh ( ... )
