I'm at Grand Central yesterday. I let the 7 local go because I'm waiting for an express.
A minute later...
"DUE TO SIGNAL MALFUNCTIONS, 7 EXPRESS TRAINS WILL RUN EXPRESS TO WOODSIDE, THEN LOCAL."
Great. So then the 7 "Express" pulls in... as we're pulling into Queensboro Plaza...
"7 EXPRESS. EXPRESS. NEXT STOP 61ST WOODSIDE, FOLLOWED BY JUNCTION."
So what ends up happening? We don't even go express to Woodside, we go local the entire way.
WHY DOES NOBODY AT THE MTA KNOW WHAT THE FUCK IS GOING ON? WHY IS THERE ZERO COMMUNICATION?
