we raced up just to slow down
thursday night. we had a few false starts, a few snags, but when we finally got to the cabin all seemed right in the world. we drunkenly jumped in the lake in the middle of the night, and stayed up until daybreak.
friday we brought the "tunes" down to the dock and spent hours reading, sleeping in the sun, swimming, eating, and generally having a good time. not even my sunburnt could bring me down.
saturday, back in seattle, we went to havanna, red wood, the usual. it was so warm that i could hardly stand, and so, before long, i was home, preparing for the next warm day.
sunday i spent at madison, before long *everyone* was there, and really, what's better than a beach party with your friends?? not much.
i will miss these days.
the moving insanity has set in.
