:: I couldn't help myself! I got off work and ran home to re-watch the rally! I didn't really analyze it the other day -and I won't now, so don't fear a long post!- but there's so much awesomeness! From Jon and Stephen's song (with Jon trying to hit high notes but to no avail) while wearing matching sweaters to Stephen appearing shirtless and then emerging from a Chilean-like tube wearing a costume, the whole thing was fantastic! I was highly amused with the Star Trek reference and general analysis! They're both so massive geeks! And if that wasn't enough, they had something for Star Wars fans when they called R2D2 onto the stage! I laughed so hard at Jon's comment as R2 was leaving the stage, "R2 ran over my foot!"
:: The rally may have been for America, but the ideas promoted were universal and that's what I loved about it. Tolerance and knowledge.
