carmen mail!
I got my pictures back from Carmen today. I'm not gonna lie, the wait was starting to get to me, although I was certain I'd open my mailbox to find the manila envelope this week. Today was the day. The postmark was dated yesterday so she dropped it in the mail on her way out of town since the show closed Sunday afternoon.
Joe signed the greening picture and Carmen signed the picture of the two of us. She also added a quick note on the back, which was a nice surprise. If you look close, you can see a little smudge of green makeup next to her signature.
I had to do some rearranging of my main Wicked shelf. Actually, I need to rearrange both of my entertainment centers to better accomodate the pictures I want to display, zoo-related and Wicked-related. Anyway, after several different attempts to squish everything in, I'm happy with what I settled on ... for now.
It's pretty Carmen-centric (Playbill, makeup, multiple pictures), but there's Julia and Coleen in the mix, too.
