What? An Update?? No Way.
So I'm returning to MSU in about two days, and I think that merits a return to Livejournal as well.... I knw you all just freaked out when you saw this on your friends page. And by you all, I mean Raina.
So I'm not going to update about my summer because I forgot what the last thing I updated was about. But lately all I've been doing is packing and practicing.... and saying goodbye. That part sucks.
Packing:
I've pretty much got everything in one place and now all that we need to do is cram it in the car. I think that might be easier said than done. My car is much smaller than the expedition, but I also think that I'm bringing roughly half as much stuff. Plus we got those space saving, air-sucking bags for all of my clothes so my entire wardrobe look like a bunch of colorful pancakes in plastic bags. Oh and when I get to school, I really really really want one of those Klick Klack futon things... I'm in love with them.
Practicing:
What a boring topic to update on. All I'm going to say is I know what the little x in the music means... but do you?
Goodbyes:
I hate goodbyes. Sometimes I wish people lived closer so they could come visit, but I'm too damn busy anyways so it's all good. I've already said goodbye to Kevin (Congrats on making the band!), Kelli, the girls from work, and my grandma. Then today I had a farewell dinner with Kim, Lela, and Craig. It was a little MN Drum Major reunion. BTW, Craig is auditioning at MSU. Maybe Millard North can become the new Fenton. WOOT NEBRASKA! And now I feel bad cause I got all excited that Lela could join Kappa and be in the same district as me.. but Northwestern does not have a chapter... they should get on that. So tomorrow I have to say goodbye to the IB girls and my Bone :(
Well that's all that's going on now. I'm going to go watch some real life stories of the ER on TLC and tomorrow I get to stick some more things in plastic bags.
